3. SMS and Email Communications
When you use our contractor dispatch feature, we send transactional SMS and email messages to contractors on your behalf. These messages contain repair request details such as property address, issue description, urgency level, and photos.
SMS consent: Contractors consent to receive SMS messages when a property owner adds them to the Maintenance OS platform. The contractor add form displays clear consent language. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Consent is not shared with or sold to third parties.
Opting out: Contractors can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. They can also contact support@ifbids.com. After opting out, no further SMS messages will be sent. Standard message and data rates may apply.
We store records of SMS and email communications for your reference, legal compliance, and to improve our service. For full details on our SMS practices, see Section 10 of our Terms of Service.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us deliver SMS, email, hosting, and analytics (all under confidentiality agreements)
